This project shows how a 2000s house is enriched with a contemporary, luxury villa garden in which comfort, experience and respect for the existing are central.

The home's classic brick architecture provides a warm base, enhanced by modern interventions in the garden. Clean lines, dark materials and minimalist furnishings create an exciting contrast that emphasises the charm of the house.

The garden renovation starts from the existing qualities. For instance, the characteristic roof trees have been retained, providing height, rhythm and a mature look. This creates a natural balance between old and new.

Under the pergola is a comfortable outdoor room where inside and outside merge. Designed for relaxation, this place feels like an extension of the home.

The villa garden is characterised by lush planting, layered structures and a strong focus on experience. Tight hedges ensure peace and privacy, while loose planting adds liveliness. The integrated garden greenhouse enhances the green and personal character of the garden.
